We have rent a VW Polo car and we travel as much as we can with a 5 months baby. Everything was ok with the car. We kept in touch with the nice guy from rental for everything we need. He was very kind and the rental procedure was very simple. He expected us at the airport for pick up and we drop off the car also at the airport. Very simple. He has brought two baby seat chair for us

Totally satisfied with Venus car. I got it at the airport of Heraklion. A guy was waiting for me at the arrivals, we signed the agreement fast and I got my car immediately. I didn't wait. The price was very good as I made an early booking at their website. I will rent from them again.

Völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung, ohne Kreditkarte, ohne Abnahme des Istzustandes nach dem Motto: "Das Auto ist ein Gebrauchsfahrzeug. Da sind kleine Schrammen normal und außerdem tritt die Kaskoversicherung im Schadensfall ein." Wichtig ist nur die Beachtung des Benzinstandes vor Beginn und nach Rückgabe. Überaus kundenfreundlich, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt.
