When you see, RENT A CAR WITH 10€ per day, don't fall in the trap.

A real experience from one of our customers in Venus car rental in Crete.

''I planned my holidays and of course in my plans was to rent a car in order to be individual and make my own plans. This year there was a baby girl also in our family so car rental was a must. 

As I was searching for an economy car rental, I found an international website with extremely low prices.! I said here we are!! I booked a car for 3 days with airport pick up- drop off, full insurance and a baby seat with 75€. I booked it and the same time 75€ were paid from my debit card but I received no confirmation voucher.  When we were landed and opened my phone, that time the confirmation voucher came with the details of the car, such as where we would find their representative and... the extra charges ! I saw that they charged the baby seat 50€ per day and that I had to pay only with my credit car, as well as 1000€ would be kept from my credit card in case of accident.!!  

That means that not full insurance was in the price I had paid, no baby seat was included in the price I had paid and no debit card payment was valid!  

So.. this price that I had paid was just the 1/3 of the total price....''

In Venus car rental when you see an offer, or when we reply to your requests and give you prices, those prices INCLUDE EVERYTHING and there are NO HIDDEN COSTS. So don't fall in the trap when you see on your search for your rental car, extremely low prices of other companies especial international companies.
